The short version

Relive is designed to keep your data on your device. We do not run accounts on a server, we do not sell data, and we do not show ads. The only information that ever leaves your phone is what is needed to sign you in and to answer your chat messages.

What we collect, and where it lives

Sign-in.If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with the app. These are stored only in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not keep a copy on any server.

Streaks and stats. Check-ins, meditation minutes, and session counts are computed and stored on your device only.

Chat. When you send a message in a chat, that message (and the recent messages in the same conversation) is sent to our server so an AI model can generate a reply. Messages are processed by our AI provider (currently Google's Gemini API) to produce the response. Conversations are not stored in a database by Relive and are not used to build a profile of you.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that shows us anonymous, aggregate numbers (page views, country, browser). It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.

What we never do

We never sell or share your personal information with advertisers. We never use your conversations for advertising. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and Relive is not directed to them.

A note on wellbeing

Relive's chat is a supportive companion, not a medical or mental-health service, and it does not create a therapist–client relationship. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US) or your local emergency number.

Your choices

You can use Relive without signing in at all. Signing out removes your Google details from the device. Clearing your browser data (or deleting the app) erases everything Relive stored locally: streaks, stats, and sign-in. That is the only place it ever lived.
